We are a non-profit volunteer run pool and tennis club for members only. Day passes not available to respect the due paying members. For full information, Membership forms may be downloaded below and are required for the use of the facilities. Forms and payments may be mailed to our Waxhaw PO box or scanned and emailed to Waxhawpool@gmail.com . Payment directions are on the forms. Access to the pool between the hours of 6am - 9pm is provided via keypad access. Lifeguards are on duty during peak hours.
Current members receive discounts toward annual renewal fees by volunteering time toward facilities upkeep and leading social activities reducing the family membership as far down as only $500 per year. Download the membership renewal form for full details and pricing. Pricing for renewals is subject to change as decided upon by an elected by club members Board of Directors.
Note, Active military, police, and firefighters receive an additional 10% off all regular and special pricing scenarios.
