Waxhaw-Marvin Swim and Tennis was founded in 1976 as Valhalla Swim and Racquet Club, and is run by a volunteer board of directors who oversee the operations of the club. The club provides fun, family-oriented recreational swimming and tennis activities for residents that live in and around Union County. The name was changed to Waxhaw-Marvin Swim and Tennis in 2015.
